How the information is used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss the event, prepare a quotation or booking and retain appropriate business and financial records. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Website enquiry form

The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not publish the information you enter. You can review the message before choosing whether to send it.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only where it is needed to manage an enquiry or booking, meet a legal obligation or protect legitimate business interests. Records are kept only for as long as they are reasonably required for those purposes.
