Pervez left education without formal qualifications, lost his sight completely at 23 and later faced kidney failure. Each challenge demanded adaptation—and each became a platform for growth.
He first became a diversity trainer, co-founded a diversity training company and later progressed into management and leadership training. Working entirely from memory, he delivered professional programmes, influenced disability practice and helped others lead with greater confidence.
While receiving dialysis, Pervez moved into property development and built a six-figure portfolio—proof that opportunity can be created even during the most demanding chapter of life.
